Nyam Yum was born from a love of real-deal home cooking and a flavour-packed spin on the bold, pan-Caribbean tastes of Trinidad & Tobago. Rooted in Kieron’s memories of his mother and grandmother’s authentic, no-shortcuts home cooking, it captures those vibrant, familiar flavours in a fresh, modern hot pepper sauce made in small batches in London.

 

The name blends “Nyam” (Caribbean Patois for “eat”) with “Yum” because trust, it’s that good. Honest, delicious and full of Caribbean character, Nyam Yum is made to bring a little more flavour, heat and joy to whatever’s on your plate.
